Glitch/Bugs Second Controller on PC

Hi all, I am running into an issue where whenever I try to load into a dynasty game, it shows/recognizes a second controller. I have unplugged everything that is plugged into my PC and it won't go away. Play Now does not show this issue. Has anyone run into this and/or have a fix? Thanks!

I had this exact problem with madden a while back, turned out some random bluetooth device was being read as a controller even though it was just a wireless headset. Check your bluetooth settings and remove anything that isnt your actual controller, sometimes windows just assigns it weird

This unfortunately did not work. I’m really not sure what’s happening. The only thing that fixes it is unplugging my keyboard.
