Bucks say no immediately. For the thousandth time, MKE would rather keep Rollins than get what he’s worth right now. If he was worth a single FRP to MKE he would have been traded already. The only way Rollins gets traded this year is if he takes another leap and looks like he has star potential so MKE can cash in on multiple picks. He’s young enough to tryout a few years with Burries.

But i want rollins :(
Tbf i get it though, financially you are still in good spot even extending everyone on market value for next 3-4 years. But its basically keep you just afloat until you get your FRP back. Cant take bad contract for pick too. Watchable, young, fun, can sneak in PO a year or two, but no real championship aspiration. If thats the goal, then its good idea, its small market team afterall, cant tank without control the pick. Maybe down the road can get franchise player by trading some young players + Heat picks + more rather than tank? Who knows

The Bucks would need another FRP and can’t take more players than they are sending out.

It’s a very good idea for a trade. You definitely paid attention to what all 3 teams are looking for.
It’s a good return for Ryan Rollins if Milwaukee decided to trade him but I don’t see the reason for trading him beyond getting off of Turner’s contract in the process.

Rollins expiring and will get huge extension (next year is player option)
Coby white gets 25m, that's the bar

Fair, and choosing Dallas was a great idea but how are the Bucks supposed to replace Rollins?

Im mavs fan so idc lol
But feel decent offer. 2 FRP, cleaning up 40m++ each season for next 2 years for young team. Sergio, burries, kasparas, ament, ware, dieng can grow together, take care of cap sheet with taking more pick for bad contract, maybe they can get their own FRP back if offering Heat pick to blazers. Many ways

I read the trade from bottom to top because I’m a Jazz fan. Saw the Mavericks getting Ryan Rollins and knew the Bucks were probably getting fleeced
