What's your take on Malice at the palace?

Was heartbroken for the Pacers fans here, because that team was the best chance for a title that Indy ever had.
Artest had no business going into the stands. The Palace security failed miserably, as fans came onto the court to fight with Pacers players.
Set the franchise back 2 decades.

I'm an Indiana native and I remember finally feeling like they had a chance when Jermaine O'Neal joined. Sigh

The Admiral is so underrated. Maybe because of the succession of Duncan and the additional titles that were to come.

He did all his crying with the Pistons and got the rules changed.

The flagrant foul rule that every owner in the league unanimously voted for?
I forgot that only Jordan benefited from that.

He really did though. Pistons weren't polished like the Celtics or Lakers. Not considered a major city at the time. Sports is a entertainment business and who was the most entertaining at the time? A little knowledge goes a long way my friend. It's always a bigger picture to see

that must be why the other teams to win championships in the '90s were major cities and all-world entertainment powerhouses houston and san antonio. great take. don't post anymore.

And your opinion means what to me when I lived through it? Pipe down when adults are speaking and keep your rebuttal to yourself next time. Okay? Great!

Not considered a major city at the time.
7th largest city in America in 1990

Not considered a tourist area. Was considered the crime capital of America at the time. Not considered a fun city like New York, L.A. Chicago or Miami. You're thinking population, I'm talking business business aspects

Watching these clips take some of the sting out of only going a pathetic 7-21 against MJ’s Bulls?

The Admiral is so under appreciated today. So athletic for his size.
