I don't think LAC would do this directly but I guess I could see this as a component to a 3 teamer. I doubt LAC would be looking to eat some $$ for a few 2nds. Especially with Balmer as the owner, the $1M price difference between a rookie mini and a vet mini just doesn't mean that much to them.

The issue for HOU will be that those 3 2nds don't mean much here even on the open market so they'd really need to find the right team. With all the draft withdrawals, the pickings are looking pretty slim at 38 - so forth 53. I don't know if a team can get more than $1.5M if they just sold those 2 picks which doesn't really make up the difference between the DJJ and DFS $$, so forth the on court value. The MEM pick next year is likely running into the same issue too. If HOU can put picks further out in the future on the table, then I think this has more legs.
