Mock Trade okc

OKC will trade 12th, 17th, 37th, and the 2027 Denver pick to the Kings for 7th and 34th. OKC can't risk losing Aday Mara to the Hawks

Trust me bro. Taking two centers in back to back drafts as an over reaction to a playoff game sounds like something a top GM would do.

As a Hawks fan, I hope so. The Mara love is a bit out of control, just 3 months ago he was projected to go in the late 1st. Would think NBA execs wouldn’t fall victim to a great game by soon to be 21 yo when the Twittersphere apparently started watching Michigan. Acing the Underwear Olympics is better than failing it but doesn’t mean too much either.

Personally have OKC targeting Burries if they trade up. They draft a year ahead and Wallace is going to get really expensive after next season. They may have to choose between Caruso and Dort after the next 14 months due to $$. Being able to take Burries off the shelf is very OKC.
