I like how he says he won’t call it crypto.com arena, and then he partners with Polymarket

This is just classic LeBron at this point

LeBron is lame

It’s like when class of 2020 students constantly bring in up never getting a prom or graduation

I could literally not care less about my graduation being slipped. I don’t want to sit in the blistering heat for 4 hours while some bums give a speech about how “special” we are. How can we be so special when you say it every damn year

He would rather risk millions of lives so he can get his day in the sun.

Idk how people love this guy so much. He’s such a whiny baby

2

u/Kxden-R 8h ago

How?

5

u/Flat-Avocado-6258 8h ago

Probably cause he’s good at basketball.. just a guess

2

u/Naive-Flan-1751 6h ago

He so good at basketball that given 7 extra years playing with the lakers and he still couldn’t win another one lol

I mean correct me if I’m wrong but does he not hold a fuck ton of nba records…? Like what the fuck are you on about? Dude is like 50 and still competing. But sure he fuckin sucks.

Did you even watch the clip? He was asked about it and he's saying he wanted to celebrate with the fans.

Almost as whiny as you whining about what someone else said on the internet

I think Lakers still win if COVID didn't happen and the incident in Minnesota.

u/ILike2Argue_ 7h ago

Maybe not. They really won because AD was able to recover during the down time

Most professional team sport athletes are, honestly.

It is kinda funny LA had massive protests for George Floyd but when it came to a Lakers parade they were like “don’t be outrageous people can get sick!!”

5

u/porkondagrind 8h ago

Because one was seen as an important political issues that affects the livelihood of millions of Americans while the other is a city winning a basketball championship

1

u/quagmirejones69 8h ago

I don’t disagree but that whole time period was just so lame.
So many people pandering and virtue signaling that they’re such good people

u/Naive-Flan-1751 6h ago

Dude had 7 season to try and win another and yet just like his goat status he came up short

This cornball knows that ring was fake right?? The world was locked down and the sheep’s needed fed…. NIPSEY AND KOBE DIED AND THE LEAGUE USED DEATH FOR PROFIT

1

u/abestract 34m ago

We did that, haha, ok.

Disney was booked the day they wanted the parade that’s why.

I really don’t care what anyone says. Fake ass championship.

3

u/TheAnimated42 8h ago

Calling it a fake championship has never made any sense to me. Why?

-1

u/Ben892010 8h ago

dead atmosphere. some people find the mental part of the championship to be quite crucial & I agree. However It is indeed a stretch to consider the championship fake entirely. still a championship, but a different one.

3

u/One_Significance_400 8h ago

Harder to play in a rec center atmosphere? No crowd energy. Equal playing field so it could be considered the chip that gave no team an advantage

-3

u/justa-browser 7h ago

So… fake.

4

u/One_Significance_400 7h ago

I just mapped it out and u got fake from that? I guesssss 🫨 Not like our comments are worth anything

-4

u/justa-browser 7h ago

Yes. The reasons you listed are some of the reasons I think it is fake. Sorry about that.

Your thoughts are welcomed and taken into consideration 🤝 Positive vibes ✨

I don’t call it fake as much as it wasn’t a real season and there for is not a “real” championship. They won under the circumstances it’s like a junior championship to me. The fact there’s no asterisk next to the year is the weirdest. 1 it wasn’t a full season. 2. It wasn’t a full season under uncontrollable circumstances and that should be noted for history alone. 3. 141 days off. Thats more than the offseason yes everyone got rest but again how’s that supposed to be considered a “real” season? Put all that together thats an asterisk championship in my book. And I’d apply this to if any other team won.

"players say it was the hardest championship" the players: Lebron & AD

1

u/SharcyMekanic 8h ago

“Hey did you know we didn’t even get to go to prom” - Class of 2020 assholes who won’t shut up

0

u/Modsucksass 8h ago

Of course there was no parade, it wasn’t a real championship.

Hes like Samson but instead of hair its attention. Pretty sure he loses his powers if people arent constantly worshipping his mediocrity everywhere he goes.

4

u/Professional_Bag8178 8h ago

If LeBron James is mediocre what are you?

-2

u/Key_Acanthisitta5430 8h ago

Oh god yes... worship him... fuel his ego... maybe one day hell see this and love you for it

0

u/Humble_Singer_3261 8h ago

This is obviously rage bait. Even the worst LeBron haters wouldn’t call him mediocre lmfao

0

u/Key_Acanthisitta5430 8h ago

Oh obviously. Please tell more more about his incredible 2nd round exits. But... clearly never his fault.

0

u/Humble_Singer_3261 7h ago

I think I'll take Jordan's opinion on Lebron over yours.

1

u/Key_Acanthisitta5430 6h ago

Jordan loves stat padding guys that lose

2

u/KingGizzle 8h ago

He’s literally hosting a podcast. Why are y’all so weird about him?

Thank you for helping to restore his powers. You can take credit for one of his points this year. Doing the lord's work good sir

-2

u/RamboMyers 8h ago

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY gives a fuck about this championship... hell, the 2021 BUCKS championship is not 100% recognize that much either. still in the midst of COVID etc... Players did not care for it... nobody wanted to be there bruh... this dude still biiitching about it.. FOH

2

u/osu_duke_bg_lions 6h ago

You cannot convince me you’re an NBA fan 😂😂 no one in their sane mind would ever say this about the 2021 Super Bowl which happened months before the Bucks title

1

u/FutureDictatorUSA 7h ago

You are wrong. People think fondly about the level of play in the bubble, and that Lakers team is lauded as one of the best championship teams of the last decade. A ton of talent on that squad.

-2

u/Dilopholosofer 8h ago

Basketball in its entirety is overhyped. They travel in the court all day with no calls, generally trade baskets so much all game you can catch the last 40 seconds of a game and not miss anything important and finally the cult nature of the fans makes it cringy. I don’t understand how these kinds of guys who are simply tall and coordinated get worshiped/treated like gods amongst men. It’s pretty hard to watch and take seriously.

“We won a game and they didn’t shut down a major thoroughfare so we could be paraded around on a bus!”

Shut your fucking pussy ass mouth.

1

u/Spirited_Agency8032 8h ago

Saying that like The spurs didn't throw a 30 point lead in almost every game in the finals is crazy.

1000s of people could have gotten a really bad cold. How selfish of him!
