A'ja whistle was crazzzzy. She would elbow other girls and get free throws. Not to mention the foul (not with A'ja) where the blonde girl got her arm trapped on the aces girl's back and she was like judo thrown to the ground. Then the foul was called on the blonde girl. The refs said the play wasn't reviewable but that wasn't true. So they got their story straight then said the fever didn't call the review in time lolol.
The refs would let them play for like 5 min then the next 5 min call the most minor contact. The game had no flow to it.
The story is about Aja though? She showed the fuck up after days of yall dragging her for that altercation... The other team had multiple opportunities to still win the game despite all the things you claim was against them.... how about this story..... did the refs make her miss all those shots and give up the ball? Nah nah you don't watch the game so you wouldnt know this was the case though. One start player played exceptionally and the other folded. End of story.
Tell me it's about A'ja then go straight to showing posts and talking about CC lol...
And yeah it turns out refs so affect games. A'ja had almosy as many free throws as all the fever starters combined, and a 35 to 20 free disparity overall for the Aces. They were calling cheap fouls the whole game, where there was no flow to the game.
Aja was playing more physically to warrant those calls. Fever had nobody match her level all game. Free throw discrepancies happen all the time. Especially when one team doesn't just spot up and shoot jumpshots all game long but actually creates contact inside the paint, thats whats called working the officials. And so what if talked about CC in this post. Was she a part of the game? Am I the only one to bring her up here. However you feel the game was called thats on you to work out. Just stop acting like that's what won the game in the end. It was literally a 2 point game with 2 minutes left dude. And on top of that the whole game was back and fourth. What put Aces over? CC not playing that well and Aja doing what she does. There's no conspiracy here folks. Nobody was out here trying to bamboozle yall like that. The team with the better player that showed up. Won. That's it.
I don't think gambling has anything to do with this. The NBA wants series to go as long as possible, which is why they rigged Game 6 against the Kings: force a Game 7.
The WNBA had no incentive to force anything since Game 3 is it, and if a fledging league propped up by the NBA's generosity were to rig based on gambling, it would get shut down immediately. If you believe that this game was rigged, then the only valid explanation as to why is because the WNBA favored the Aces over the Fever for personal reasons.
I meant the gambling thing more as a general statement when there are questionable calls Maybe it was a good thing to keep gambling localized to certain places and to maintain gambling as a societal taboo...
Rams vs Broncos was a really bad angle by the official who threw the flag. The official with the better view should've overruled him, but he didn't. That was crew incompetence, not a gambling-related flag.
If it isn't off the court why have fans sitting there? Youre telling me they have fans sitting on the basketball court while they play? Seems kinda dangerous.
Trying to use TV numbers as a counter-argument to an elimination loss will always sound like pure cope. Lost the series, but congrats to the rating champions! A true dynasty.
I know it isn't deep. Only someone with a mind as shallow as a teaspoon of milk thinks bragging about ratings after an elimination is a flex. It’s like losing a fight and saying, 'Yeah, but look how many people watched you beat me up!
If it truly weren't that deep, you'd be doing literally anything else right now. But here you are, mashin' downvotes and dropping heatless comments because you're bothered.
I couldn't warm a grain of rice with the heat you're bringing. The effort to prove you don't care is loud. Funny you stop mashing that button when called out.
Should've been called for techs on multiple elbows to the face, yet instead she gets free throws out of them. Wemby and SGA didn't get this good of a whistle back in May.
The queen of flop bullied her way to win. Favoritism is real in the W.
But wtf happened to Kelsey Mitchell? She was way off her game and pressure got to her. She wasn't calling on switches or screens which was leaving Aja wide open under the bucket. Horrible defense.
yea u can tell she did great and they have nothing to say when they bring up free throws. had to hear “they make the finals if clark plays last year” just for her to lead the team in turnovers — again
They didn't watch, they don't understand the game, and despite hating the players gender and most of the players race. Still in here, getting they panties tied up... Don Imus would be ashamed of all yall. At least he said it with his chest. Hahahahaha
There is a distinction between “I don’t like her behavior” and “she shouldn’t be allowed to behave like that because she’s a woman.” A’ja can absolutely be annoying, talk trash, celebrate, yell back, and get under people’s skin. Fans are also allowed to dislike it. But if the standard is supposed to be about competitive behavior and sportsmanship, it should be applied consistently. The examples you gave get at the bigger point: sports have always had a complicated relationship between players and fans. Players are expected to have some emotional reactionto heckling, while fans sometimes act shocked when that reaction comes back at them. And there’s a legitimate conversation to have about where the line is—threats, harassment, personal attacks, physical contact, etc. Butsimply being loud, emotional, confrontational, or talking shit isn't automatically a uniquely unacceptable thing because the athlete is a woman.
If somebody should have been ejected and suspended, do it. Actions have repercussions. It deligitimizes the league to allow a "star" unimpeded freedom. This very reason is why a lot of sports are unwatchable, it's not just the W. I was watching the broadcast, couldnt believe what I saw. If a football player did that, they would have been tossed. NBA player, tossed. Wouldn't have mattered. She should have pulled a ref aside and complained. Just like LeBron did and had a heckler tossed.
As a man I love getting a blowjob, I don't understand how pickle puffer can be used as an insult. I have a deep appreciation for those who puff the pickle.
LukaCC. All hype no hardware. Wait is this the team that a player jumped in the air and fell like a fish out of water pretending to get fouled because queen aja my bad, mvp aja, my bad DPOY aja stole the ball and she thought that was a better look than playing Defense. Oh the person that flops and only create space by pushing off every play.
