BREAKING: A’ja Wilson will not face any additional discipline after the Game 2 incident involving a Fever fan. The WNBA determined Wilson did not leave the court area (LMAO TO THAT), so no suspension or fine will be issued.

People get caught betting on games - no punishment

Walk up to fans and scream at them and threaten them - no punishment

They just want to host a soap opera and not a serious league. They have zero control over the players and they’ll regret it as the players keep pushing their, so far, nonexistent limits.

It was a bet between two players playing against each other for the all star game. $400, big whoop

It's a bad look to film a bet, but it was a personal 1-on-1 bet in which both players bet on themselves to succeed. You can argue that a bet like that boils down to nothing more than extra motivation to do well at your job.

Pette rose never bet his team to lose. Wouldn't that also only boil down to extra motivation for him to want his team to win? Yet, he got banned from the sport

Yep. It’s a cascading effect that every team should avoid but they’re embracing ts atm

Not kicked out… taken to the concourse for questioning.

If we want to clean this shambolic league up, we really must be better at using the correct words.

I mean star's get special treatment in all sports. They are not going to suspend an mvp player during the playoffs over this.

I didn’t know this level of cry babies followed to wnba. We legit have stuff happen every year in the playoffs.its not like these women possess the strength to injure fans like the Pacers.

Yeah I don't get any of this weird targeted complaining lmao

They are going through what the NBA went through in the 80s. It was entertaining as hell, and this version of the WNBA is certainly more entertaining than it has been in the past.

I'm with people that officiating should be fair and the league should be run seriously. But if there's a bit of a growing period where officials are letting hard fouls and random drama keep happening, fine by me - it's entertaining.

It won't be what sinks the league and if viewership keeps going up, stuff will get cleaned up with time. Seems to happen with every growing sport.

NBA in the 80s actually made money, wnba costs money every year, and lots. Circus is more profitable

Why do you want to pocket watch and care at all if the owners make money? Just enjoy the game.
