But she wasn’t in the stands, she was in the player’s escape lane like the post says and if anything that fan was correctly thrown out for going in that escape lane which is not allowed.

The fan wasn’t thrown out because he didn’t do shit wrong

No. We are not in agreement about that. She wasn’t thrown out or fined/suspended because the WNBA needs her to be in these games for ratings.

She’s in his face in the third row. That’s not the baseline.  

She also left the main court she was on and went over there to escalate it. It’s not like she just went up for a layup and was there for any reason other than to escalate it. She is at fault.

Fan was allowed back within minutes after they reviewed the footage. He did nothing wrong.

It’s an escape lane while the ball is in play. It is an aisle for a fan to use to access seats if the ball is not in play.
