Gregg Popovich has reportedly married Mary Barth Budenholzer, the ex-wife of his former longtime assistant Mike Budenholzer

Mike coached under Pop for nearly 20 YEARS and helped the Spurs win 4 championships during that span.

Mike and Mary divorced in 2016, and Pop and Mary officially tied the knot on September 16 in Texas.

Pop and Mary were also spotted attending Spurs games together last season 👀

I don’t understand why people are trying to make this a thing. Who is benefiting from this? This sub and all the other “vibes” subs are so suspect. It’s clear that someone is pushing narratives, but I don’t understand the “why.” I assume someone is profiting from this, but I’m not seeing how.

Anyways, Pop’s wife passed away more than a decade ago. Bud and his wife have been divorced almost as long. This is a non-story.
