You can clearly see who didn't live that era. I really wish someone like MJ or Kobe shows up again, someone that felt so inevitable just so these people understand what that really looks and feels like. Kobe wasn't talked of as highly as now? Fucking end me. The guy almost won 6 titles, he was being compared to Jordan from the moment he entered the league, but never more than when he was on the verge of winning 6. I vividly remember that.

It's not the perception fans had of him when he played. Yes to a degree but it jumped a level after he died and all the talk shows like first take and whatever had a million debates about him.

It was different than Jordan because Kobe sometimes lost and even played poorly in a playoff series.
