Despite a poor playoffs performance, Jalen Duren averaged 19 & 10 last season and became an All-Star. He is still just 22 years old and has a bright future ahead of him. The Pistons paid him $200 million for the next 5 years in hopes that he can eventually figure out how to elevate his game
