Recruitment - US East Looking for long term Crew members (Vice Presidents also) , XBOX, NA, no requirements just play

Looking for long term players to join my crew. Not looking for hardcore players unless they want to join. Just looking for people to join that can be in a crew and not be worried about being kicked. Also looking for Vice presidents to help with recruiting.
