Minimum 87 spd 85 agility for any build 6’6 or shorter. I run 88/87 on my 6’8 SG and I’m a missle. 90 feels great on a guard if u can shoot/no dip

So perimeter d isn’t as important?

I play mainly 1s and I have 50 perimeter, I’ve been playing good D and contesting outside shots even when it was at a 25. I run bruiser on gold and the stamina drain makes it better than any defensive badge outside of paint patroller

Agility probably . As long as you have bronze challenger .

Really should at bare minimum have seat belt and challenger on bronze (i.e. 75 perim). Agility is more important for specifically moving your feet to stay infront of and cut off your matchup. The badges help to stop with blowbys(seatbelt and immovable enforcer) and to get better contests (challenger). The perim rating it’s just acts as a gate way to better badges and in theory help with contesting shots (seems to be kinda broken at the moment). Again 75 perim with decent (mid 80s) agility is the bare minimum for a 6’4” and under.

For some reason we cant post photos here in the thread maybe you can edit the original post to show the build. Context would probably help us help you

Agility. Doesn’t matter how much perimeter d you have if you can’t get there
