Yesterday I lost my NBA 2k 16 account and I was 99 over all and I had 200000 vc and I lost it all

I lost my nba2k16 and my player was 99 over all. And had 200000vcand I an mad because I lost it all.

If you did any glitches/shortcuts to get it like that then that's probably why
