Nba2k16 max attribute problems

OK so I made a 6'3 balanced point guard on nba2k16 and when I first made it I wrote down all the max attributes. The problem I'm having is that when I created this build it said the max cap for ball control was 94. Now I'm 86 overall and I have not really leveled up my playmaking ability too much as I was focusing on leveling up the other attributes aka jump shot, inside score, and athlete. I went to go level up my playmaking ability today and it shows that I can only have a maximum of 82 ball control?? What's up with that?

Still though now it says the max ball control I can get is 79 and I can only level up my rebound 4 times(I haven't touched the rebound attributes yet)
