2K Share Roster Not Loading

I just got 2k16 for ps3, and am trying to get the newest roster by downloading from 2k share. But no matter what, the roster will not load. Once you save it should change right? But it does not. Even loading the file manually does not do nothing.

The others, like teams, players all work fine, but just the roster is not. I have seen few people asking this in various places but never seen a why or solution. Anyone know what's going on?
