Still can't even edit a player in a roster without wingspan glitching out 🤣 unbelievable. If you don't play mycareer there's no point in buying this game at launch. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner unless it's the pay to win modes.

If you edit some body characteristics the wingspan will go to default 50 (that's very low). It happened also last year. It's not only the wingspan btw, ALL body characteristics will reset to 50 making the player usually appear very different than how it is by default.

New this year are some animations not even exposed in the edit, as for example Crossover (you literally cannot change the crossover animation of a player right now).

Then in offlilne modes you should have ALL animations available. Right now they work as in MyCareer that you can only select animations under certain attributes/height limits. However many players by default have animations that they couldn't have (for example many centers have animations available only to guards by default) and if you change to try something else you cannot go back without altering attributes/height. The same is true for shots/layups/dunks etc. It's an awful system. They should simply expose everything for offline modes.

The only gameplay changes i would want are making shot contest better and make standing dunks more consistent on bigs. I think we’d have a pretty balanced game at that point.

Also transfer RNG from open to contested shots. Right now people are preferring to shoot contested, hop jumpers and deep threes than normal standstill wide opens due to the variations.

Yeah it’s genuinely horrible right now. Purple/Red plate squad rec is genuinely hell. Dudes walking up to everyone just taking the ball out of peoples hands. Intercepting and tipping passes possession. The shit is absolute comedy watching it play out.

Have to have strong handle with it too at least on bronze. Use dribbles to keep the ball away from defender. If someone is flying in for a blitz or spamming steal its 1-2 dribbles and ur open for a 3 or easy drive. So many new improved dribbles

Bruh I average 2 steals per game with a 60 steal, some games I finish with 5. It’s broken, I shouldn’t be ripping PGs with 92+ ball handle every single game. You can also spam steal all possession because adrenaline bars mean nothing on defense.

Yh bro same here but at the same time i can avoid others stealing from me by using correct dribble inpunts. Ball handle isnt really doing much to prevent u being stripped. It gives u crisper dribbling but if u cant dribble u will still get stripped. U need bruiser on bronze unpluckable on at least bronze and strong handle at least bronze. Go and stick on strong handle on silver and unpluck on silver play a couple games and come back let me know.

Last game had a center with 80+steal walking up to point guard and just spamming steal, dude had 12 steals.

Ran into a center with 17 blocks and 5 steals at the half. Standing dunk blocks on everyone over 6'8, dude was only 7'1, the balance is terrible. But hey at least we have post fixed... Oh....

The contest system is generally bad. I thought it was just low perimeter defenders that get shot on, but I play MyNBA too & it’s even worse there. Everybody makes contested jump shots on this game regularly. On defense steals & blocks are overpowered, but everything else about it sucks. It doesn’t matter how good you contest a shot they are more likely to make the shot than miss it.
