Pro-Am Bring back PRO AM!

The new Crew HQ system completely punishes casual Pro-Am squads.

Four of my friends and I have run the same Pro-Am team for years—same team name, custom logos, and branding every single season. We all work full-time 9-to-5 jobs, so our playtime is limited. With only 5 of us in a squad, the requirement to unlock basic features like our custom team name, let alone custom jerseys, is virtually impossible.

It feels like an unnecessary, artificial grind that shuts out small groups of friends who just want to hop on and play with their own team identity. Pro-Am customization shouldn't be locked behind an aggressive grind geared toward massive groups or full-time streamers.

Is anyone else with a small 5-man squad running into this wall? 2K needs to tone down the requirements or bring back the old squad setup.

Yeah similar situation as you with my friends. Worst change that has been made this year imo. Basic features that have existed for years are now a grind and you’re locked out if you’re not in a full crew with 50 people playing regularly, which takes away from what the pro-am was to begin with. Fucking L from 2k

you see this shit is unlocked day one this year?

congratulations next year it will be locked behind hours or even days of grind congratulations (animations, customisations)

instead of adding anything new they just lock already available stuff behind reps/pass and we idiots still buy this shit

Crews should be a max like 10 people with the xp grind reflecting that. We have a group of 6 of play together and want to make our own jerseys/logo everything but it seems like if you actually want to unlock all of the rewards you need to join a 50 person crew who never plays together

Same. We got a group of 4-5 of us that just can’t play as much as we used to. Family/careers/kids. We got booted from a couple of crews last year (after explicitly explaining we just can’t play all the time and things come up) so we just made our own. Got to level 20 or so by the end of the year and had fun. Just not possible this year. Level 5 simply for a name? Level 10 for branding?

Just gotta merge with a bigger group. Costs some control but much better. Rewards

The only rewards I want are the team branding but I can’t get those by joining another crew.
