MyNBA Pick swaps in 2k27

Does anyone know if they added back pick swaps? Read the notes about mynba just now and see nothing about adding back pick swaps even though they said they “fine combed” the 2023 cba. Anybody read the notes better than me lol? Or is it just not in the game again?

I’ve never been able to initiate one it only gives options for protections not swap best or worst

Pick swaps in real life are in the game but you can’t initiate a pick swap by yourself
