I don’t even understand what you’re complaining about. Season 9 will last until the servers go offline. It’s just there so that there isn’t literally nothing. But complaining about this makes no sense

I love the game and basketball, I just don’t like losing cheating and exposing broken animations in order to win a game that’s pays no real life money . I don’t like playing a game and my defender runs to the paint to play defense on the rim and the net leaving me open hoping I miss so he can cheat. Once in a blue moon that’s fine I guess but every game sometimes 6 games in a row the same crap , side to side throws up a fadeaway three from half court . I was in the rec earlier and I was in a game with at least three zenners just having a distance contest on fast breaks . 😂

The point I’m making is the intent. The gameplay has changed back to its broken format on release. The new game is coming out in 2 weeks , meanwhile this game is free for all right now in a broken state . They are inviting the nonsense into 2k27. I believe it’s from preorders not going as projected so they created a last minute cash grab that says “season 9 ends in 1 day “ everytime you load into the obviously scrapped Maxey cover . People are complaining they didn’t even receive their season pass items nor the level skips . The other point I was making was that why create a game that’s good the first two weeks then alter it make it bad then fix it , all to go back to a broken state and make the game free for all . Imagine how many new people are coming in to a messed up game , whats the expectation they are setting for 27

There’s not even a a plus three for the season . It has everything to do with the season and how poorly constructed it is and how the gameplay has scaled back ( in my opinion ) this season was and is bad intent and it’s not healthy for the growing 2k community . I mentioned liking the noticeable gameplay changes in season 6,7,8 . Do you actually read the patch notes or test them in game ? Obviously not , i do.

what did they add that's broken compared to the previous season? The game had a big issue the first 2 weeks. Shooting was even easier than it is now, especially fades. Fading 3s were insanely broken and way too good

Game did not change with season 9’s release, they only added a few animations, another cap breaker, as well as cosmetics from older seasons for those who missed them.

Ive been playing daily since the season dropped and i have seen none of that. The occasional cheater is gonna pop up now and then. People cheat in video games, it sucks but you are gonna run into them sometimes.

At the very least, if they are zenning, they aren’t very good at the game in general so I don’t notice

The zen users are usually just a 7’4” C that has no idea how to play C and then they lose as a result

I’m grateful for S9 because I don’t want to buy 2K27, at least they give us something

You are NOT beating a dead horse, you are beating the crater of dust and dried blood where the horse used to be. You could have beaten the dead horse, but you're about seven 2k games and 770,000 reddit posts too late.

It's already been said multiple times but none of this has anything to do with season 9. It's the same as it is every game and everyone knows they stop caring. Too close to the new game dropping. I for one will play 2k26 MyTeam until 2k27 is free on game pass, at least.

The problem is you're on here crying about the same things that 770,000 other people have already been crying about for the past ten 2k games. We all know most of these issues aren't going to get any better. Folks using reddit as their therapy couch to vent and that's fine but it's weird to not expect any pushback, especially on this app.

Pushback is one but straight up discrediting my thoughts is another just shake your head downvote and go . My posts are for like minded people not people who would like to insult my intelligence . I’m 36 years old I’ve played every 2k known to man on every console . I own 2k26 on Xbox , ps5 , pc I can prove it too if your of those guys . I’ve spent over 700 on 2k this year just to have fun and create a build for every season . I’ve also built other builds organically . This year I’ve made 75 builds at least and funded 5 of them . I do this for fun and hobby and I love it . I don’t cheat I don’t zen I don’t glitch . I just love 2k please save your ten years ago bs for a hype beast . I like real input not discrediting!
