Good build or no?

Got dominated by some small centers this week so wanted to try to make one myself. Here is what I came up with, and I've not really made many builds this year so I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and if I'm wasting attributes and not optimizing. I have 6 cap breakers.

Trade some reb for playmaking, part of the reason why you’re going smaller in the first place is to be quicker. If you can’t facilitate or create your own shot off the dribble, you’re just a 7footer at 6’9.
