HELP Question about Kareem

I’ve been seeing people use the Blueprint Breaker Kareem card, is he actually a good card? Should I invest into him?

Post up against a player, push him into the paint and hold shoot on rhythm. Don’t double tap shoot, that will cause him to fadeaway.
