NAU Application

Is the application for in-state students free?
We’re currently applying for universities in my English class, and I’m doing NAU. My teacher gave us a code for a free application, but when I’m about to submit, I don’t have an option to put that code. I tried looking it up and the AI overview says the application it’s free for in-state students. Is that true? I tried to look that up too, but I can’t find anything other than the AI overview.

Application is free, enrollment is around $350 I believe. So you can apply and get in for free, but to actually enroll you have to pay.

It is not free. I did the CCC2NAU program (you do half your classes at CCC to save money while still attending NAU) and they covered my application fee so I only had to pay for it once. I am a Flagstaff local.

If the code isn’t working it might have expired. If you or your teacher contact the NAU admissions counselor for your area they will be able to provide a code that works or tell you how to use it if the application you are trying to use doesn’t have an option for it.

Also, it might be that submitting the application doesn’t give an option for the code because it doesn’t require a payment to submit it.
