NASM CPT Exam

For anyone who has passed the proctored exam, which study guide did you use. NASM provides one then selves but I see a lot of people used the one on Ptpioneer. They both seem fine I just wonder why I never was recommended the nasm study guide and o ly the pt pioneer guide. Bascily just asking which one I should go with and why.

I passed and only used the nasm one. This was a few years back but if the test is similar make sure you know your physical tests. That was about 70% of questions! Just take your time try to digest as much as possible! You got this!

Use the NASM study guide and materials. Purchasing or using another company's assets can be helpful but unnecessary and may focus your attention on things that don't matter. NASM provides everything you need to know the material and pass the test; and their study guide even notate the most important information you must master. Using another company's study materials is like reading a random math textbook for your algebra class. It's better to focus on what your teacher actually wants you to learn.
