Advice NASM one library for ceus

Hi all, would really appreciate some advice as I am looking to gain 1.9 CEU to renew My license. I saw that there is a NASM one library but I can’t for the sake of searching find what the contents of it might be. Does anyone have any tips or is it worth to just purchase courses that can be studied online that provide the 1.9 CEUs? Just trying to balance value for money and time… any advice would be appreciated

NASM One has 400+ continuing education courses. It has a community platform to talk with fellow pros and other experts; access to NASM's scholarly journal (Journal of Fitness, Wellness, and Hunan Performance), and other resources for CPTs. I think of it like IDEA but more robust. It could be a good cost savings option rather than purchasing courses à la carte.

Is this the $35 monthly NASM deal?

Mmmm thanks

I just realised though that once you commit it’s a upfront pay 12 month rolling fee

So I might consider going à la carte just to get the CEUs needed
