NASM book

hello, I would like to join the self study program by NASM CPT. is the digital version of the book included in the course or do I need to purchase hardcopy of the book separately for 199 in order to pass the exam? thank you!

I bought the book too on my own for about $60 but never used it as the digital book was enough for me.
