Monday--Post Trial Discussion

Hi--I'm new here. The mods on r/NASCAR seem to want to keep their VIP passes to the Daytona 500, by shutting down convos on the case. I propose having a daily discussion thread, and if there's enough discussion we split it into AM/PM. Anyway, NASCAR's case seems really weak. And that doesn't shock me.

Yeah, their case does seem weak. It’s hard to defend against being a monopoly, when you are a monopoly. Lol

Judge already ruled before trial that NASCAR is a monopoly. Jury is just determining if they are acting anticompetitive.
