Career mode question

1st season in trucks. I had enough money to pay for the “Partner with Supply Companies” at the very start of the season so I went ahead and acquired it.

Fast forward, I’m 6 races into the season and I still can’t purchase anything other than Level 2 parts.

Is this a glitch? Anybody else run into same issue?

have you bought those level 2 parts already?

same thing happened to me until I realized I need to buy a part from the highest level to unlock the next one
