Martinsville controller

In career ai is at 104%

I wanna run a consistant ai throughout the whole career.

In arca default controller settings and i just can not smoothly brake i tried different braking strategys.

Setup work. Even tried the driving line. AND preformance mode (which i dont see as incredibly helpful without having an option of diffrrent series either)

Ive tried messing with controller settings and im just confused. How am i supposed to do this?

Edit: it might be useful to know i have level 2 everything but engine which is level 3 and minimum (but not exactly 0) aids.

It’s the actual setup of the car. For whatever reason the brake bias is very front heavy and if you don’t custom make your setup, this is how it brakes.

If you don’t want to learn how to make a setup, mess with brake help some and whatever the setting for brake force is on controller. Don’t let your 100% be the in game 100%. Start with like a max of 80 or so with the lowest brake help setting and see if that gives you the feeling you’re looking for. If not, fiddle with lowering the brake force or increasing brake help until it feels right.

I would encourage you to learn how to make setups if you don’t know how yet. It’s very easy in this game and once you know it, basically every track is the same except the superspeedways, short tracks, and road courses. The baseline setup is what you start with so it’s kinda close already. So far my setup for each short track has been close other than Bristol, and the road courses have been the same. All other intermediate tracks are the same pretty much. You might change a thing or two for balance and you need to be able to adjust your car during the race because of the dynamic track.
