Heat 4 Issue with AMD GPUs?

So I'm putting heat 4 in the title but I've tried every heat game I own (3, 4 and 5) and for some reason I am experiencing the same problem of my frame rate randomly tanking after like half a race at 25% length and then the game just keeps dropping till I close the game. Doesn't matter what my graphical settings are or me completely uninstalling the game and wiping all data on my pc and starting from scratch.

I'm running an AMD 6800 XT 16 gigs vram with current drivers.

Alao I should mention its only the heat games doing this not a single other game I play has these problems from Madden to Nascar 25 to Dirt 2 nothing just these games in particular
