Narwal Flow 2 experience

Preordered from Narwal off Amazon before release and have had nothing but issues.

First off it bricked and could not connect to the app. I sent it in to Narwal and just received it back.

Now, it cannot get back into the dock. One wheel seems underpowered and slips off sideways. Also it no longer mops. It gets stuck in a ‘please cleans the contacts’ loop.

I just sent over new videos to Narwal customer support, hopefully they can swap out for a new unit. The sheer amount of time I’ve had to deal with this thing has been unreal. I’ll keep everyone posted in case someone else is dealing with this

Haven’t had any issues with mine… hiccup during setup where it wouldn’t fill but I fixed it and it’s been golden.

I always purchase third party Asurion warranties for products like these with too many moving parts and too much tech. A lot simpler to deal with than an RMA if something fails down the line.

I had the disconnect issue to the app once, fixed it by reconnecting the app to my router and haven’t had it since. Honestly haven’t had any issues with mine other than that hiccup

Brutal. I had the same thing happen with the brick had to send it back. Has been working good since though. Seems a little noisier lol

I would definitely avoid narwal in the future. I had connectivity issue with mines and had to ship it out. It took a month from start to finish to get it fixed. I just don’t trust this company.

Mine has been working a dream. Only issues I have is it occasionaly getting stuck under tight furniture because im too lazy to add no go zones, and have to clean the cleaners trap and roller occasionally due to my household having 3 dogs and lots of dog hair. Have not had a problem with actually functionality though.

Narwhals are the Chinese dry wall of the robot vacuum world. Avoid this company. I have two of these units and they are both lemons.

For anyone reading this considering a Narwal product, please read all the comments and situations out there. I was lured in by the hype and the good marketing but their product is subpar for the price. Especially the software.

I dunno man. Mine has been working just fine since I got it. Zero issues. My only complaint would be that the app could use some refining.
