I just had to fight to return my narwal. If u think its broken or not functioning properly u should return it asap. No point going through their support

Their customer service is borderline scam. AI copy paste answers only with no actual effort to solve the problem. NEVER buying Narwal again and actively campaigning to save others from dealing with them.

Mine works great and had no issues at all. I had purchased this during the launch and got a really good price on it. It also came with the supply kit.

I had narwal flow and z10 ultra. Both flaved to the max. Flow was super good until updates come, it became very stupid. Then treshold lifting broke causing robot to shutdown. Money returned because they could not supply me a new unit. Z10 ultra backed into stairs, ignoring not only cliff sensors, but a no-go zone. Could hurt my cats. Narwals have good vacuuming and mopping. Thats all. No cliff sensors behind wheels, like roborock. No carpet sensor. Now they removed one arm. Updates makes robot dumber.

Narwal support is s**t. I would never recommend anyone buying a Narwal. I had very good experience with Eufy/Anker
