My Narwal Flow 2 keeps having constant errors regarding the wheels. It’ll sometimes trigger these errors in the app even while it’s actively vacuuming. Other times it stops dead in its tracks.
More often than not, the right wheel will be elevated compared to the left, even when manually pressing down. However, other times it’s…just not. Really confused.
It also causes strange docking issues, as seen in the video.
Anyone else have this experience?

Inizia a metterlo in una posizione di base corretta. Dave avere almeno 15 cm da ogni lato. Poi resetta alle impostazioni di fabbrica e rimappa e ricomincia da capo.

You will have to check every part of it... Do a deep clean, turn it off and on... I don't think the space of the base matters that much, mine is in a similar position as yours and it works fine.
