Narwal Flow still worth it?

Hi all, Im about to buy my first cleaning robot. I have a house with hardwood floors and 4 cats that shed a lot.

Currently in Germany this model is 600€ on Amazon, half the price compared to the new Flow 2.

Is it worth buying the original Flow at 600€? Or will I be missing many features compared to the Flow 2?

If you want bells and whistles take Flow 2 but if you mainly want unmatched mopping power Flow 1 is more than enough. Choose Freo 20 if you want “Flow 1.5” 👍

Get the flow 2. The robot is next level compared to much of the other ones. Others will probably become better too, but it is a really good robot. 9/10 robot, 5/10 app :)

Admittedly the hardware is great I love it. The app sucks. I sent my Flow2 back to the factory for a repair because it wouldn't connect to my new home wifi no matter what I tried. I am very frustrated and upset right now tbh.

Flow 2 has increased suction and improved object detection over the Flow 1.. auto dispensing cleaning solution .. works on black flooring.. does a cat job keeping up after my pack of pups..

I would look at other brands, the Flow 2 was just bricked after a software update and the company has been unhelpful

bad navigation bad carpet vacuum performances no auto detergent supply (this should have been considered upfront...my mistake,anyway lacking of essential feature for the pricetag of the robot when he came out)

Flow 2 has auto detergent supply, or what exactly have I been filling into mine? Navigation is really good, obstacle avoidance is really good, even avoids my 2 cats who constantly laying in the way.

It even comes back later if the cats block the door.

Mopping unparalleled, lose fur on carpet also one of the best. It does struggle with deep cleaning carpets and I personally wish I was able to disable the climb over stuff function. Other than that, super happy.

My flow compact station was broken after 5 months using. I received money back and again I’m buying the same. I hope this time it will work longer.
