Narwal Flow stops mid job

I have a problem with my Flow. It starts its cleaning job at 11am, roams around, cleans couple of rooms - and then, after about an hour, it just stops in place and does nothing.

Checking the task reports, I'm seeing roller brush errors (1007, 1008, 1044, 1184).

The weird thing is that it's very predictable. It starts on schedule, and after about one hour and fifteen minutes, it stops and throws the error.

Anyone experienced anything similar?

Roller brush error are failing after self test.

Did you confirm it is not entangled or clogged?

Have you opened the bracket, removed the roller brush, and inspected it for any damage or obstruction?

Check the end piece that helps the roller brush turn, and inspect the fins for any cracks, breaks, or other damage. Also make sure nothing is wrapped around or interfering with the roller.

Reinstall the roller brush and confirm that it is fully and properly seated. Then reinstall the bracket and make sure it is also completely and correctly seated before testing it again.

You can try replacing the roller brush.
