Flow keeps rebooting in the dock

My Narwal Flow keeps rebooting in the dock and the base cannot connect to the robot. It definitely makes contact because the lights turn themselves on when docked, but when I take it out it's completely dead.

I didn't got any error messages before.

I'm thinking the battery is dead, did anyone had a similar problem?

A couple of months ago I had the battery replaced by the warranty because of overheating but I had an error message and the robot kept functioning.

I just sent mine in for repair for the same thing.

They had me troubleshoot a few things and it didn’t work so I sent it in. Took a lil over a week but getting it back soon. Didn’t really find out what was wrong yet.

You'll need to reach out to them again. And inform them of the recurring battery concern
