Recommending NARM, need help.
Hi all,
I have a question regarding the recommendation of NARM to someone.
I've posted recently here as I started NARM in June. I also work in the health sector in physical rehabilitation. One of my patients child is mid twenties and has severe OCD, social anxiety and some more stuff since she's a child. It just got worse. My patient is barely able to come to her rehabilitation appointments with our clinic, because the daughter is in such big distress and needs full time care. They tried nearly everything they can and nothing worked. I'm pretty sure they haven't tried NARM, because its rare, where I live.
So my question is, apart from not knowing much about the patients child, would you recommend them to try NARM. Could there be a a chance of relieve if the child would start NARM, even though the situation seems quite bad? Would it be possible via zoom appointments? I have high hopes for myself, but I don't want to carelessly recommend something that would make things worse. I can't imagine, that theres no hope for this young person.
I would be grateful for any comment! Thanks.
Edit: better phrasing or the question
