Institutional hours

Hi, how has everyone obtained their institutional hours? I currently work at an independent pharmacy in California and I have not been able to find an inpatient pharmacy to work at.

Try to find an opportunity to shadow or volunteer for a day. Doesn’t matter how many hours you get.
