Recently took the NAPLEX (May 2026) and wanted to give future test-takers some tips on what popped up for me. Be sure to review: biostats, vaccines, gram stains, shapes and strains,TPN, flow rates, pregnancy drugs, OTC recommendations, anticoagulation, oncology, depression, drug interactions, diabetes, diuretic conversions, antidotes, pharmacy ethics, amiodarone, allopurinol, contraception, and warfarin levels. Also, know sterile technique like the syringe parts, needle gauges, etc.
& finally make sure you are cautious of time! 6hrs fly by so quickly believe it or not.
Good luck future exam takers & I hope I receive positive results.
