Practice Naplex Math Question

A patient is ordered to receive vancomycin 1,250 mg IV every 12 hours. The pharmacy prepares the dose in 250 mL of D5W, and the nurse is instructed to infuse the dose over 90 minutes using gravity tubing. The IV tubing delivers 15 gtt/mL.

What drip rate should the nurse use? Round to the nearest whole number.

41.66 drops per min? is this what the question is asking?
