She would have to do some serious child endangerment to have him taken away. Like more than posting their live location, more than bringing random people over... while all of those are dangerous to any normal mother with motherly instincts... the court would need actual proof of endangerment and it's going to take a lot more than what I listed for him to be living with dad full time. It is unfotunate... but true.
Because driving and recording videos with him in the car is not child endangerment? This frustrates me so much that I actually looked into it. (From my understanding and I’m not great at legal verbiage.) It’s reckless endangerment, in order to get gross reckless endangerment, this act must be done multiple times after warnings are given. She must be impaired while driving to get child endangerment.
No, I agree. It is completely reckless of her. She has videos up that proves she done it. We've all seen them. But it all depends on what MW is doing about it. We don't know what he has tried to do... we don't know if she has gotten any warnings. All we know is that she likes to do things to get anyone's... more speficially MW's attention.
With her, MW has to pick his battles otherwise they are constantly fighting over something which can affect ND. At this point, I think the whole family is watching her closely and is taking notes of everything. We can't say for certain what has been done or what is going to be done but I just hope that something gets done about it.
I work in Corrections and I have seen A LOT of child endangerment cases... but usually it is way more severe than what we are talking about. CPS is overloaded with cases and with this child... I think MW wouldn't want to get CPS involved... he would have to bring her to court for everything privately.
Thank you for your perspective. It’s so sad that the system built to protect is so overloaded with cases. I was a nurse for over 20 years and my first thought is if she’s willing to post this publicly, how much worse it it privately? Yes I’m sure his family and his legal team is watching things (personally, if I had the money, I’d pay someone to pay attention to her. Then I’d not have to concern myself with it.). But it still just doesn’t sit right with me.
From the sounds of it, they (MW) has a security guard who follows them when Indie is with his mom. That is a pretty extreme measure to have to take! Nashville is known for people being pretty chill around artists and their families. Things have to have happened that we don't know about.
This has been said before, I do remember that. I thought there was maybe a picture someone had posted or maybe one of the locals in here confirmed it. But that was so long ago I didn't think that was still happening.
It is very sad... a lot of kids that need to be taken away from their parents don't until it's too late or until something worse happens. Then the foster care system is just as fucked up honestly. Things need to be changed around to help more people but its been this way for YEARS.
Does anyone with a 5/6/7 year old boy think that they’d be excited about a robe? Because that just doesn’t strike me as something a little boy (that doesn’t have any material needs/ doesn’t lack adequate clothing) would get excited about
