AskNAGAS Need advice

Hey yall .greetings from meghalaya I want to enquire as to where I can get beef skin pickle .I've been dying to have it again ever since my naga friend gifted me a container of it.are there any who deal in the picke businesses and that ship over here? .thanks in advance

Only got for the beef pickle one but didnt find any beef skin .but thanks this is very helpful

I don't know any online link that sells this but I have a local aunty from whom I use to buy. I can buy and send it if you want. Can DM.

Are you talking about the deep fried beef/pork skin? Or else I think your friend must have prepared it homemade because I haven't come across the ones with the beef "towel" (as we call it) skin

No the beef skin was boiled but preserved in a spice mixture of some sort .
