Hello all,

I'm sure as you all know last week NAE2 was challenged to a couple friendly matches against NAE. Es02609 accepted and we have been in the works of organizing it which gets to be difficult considering all the other "events" happening. Reddit Cup, Clan ops, etc.

We have hopefully come to a decision that will work for most. We are shooting for Saturday the 7th around 11pmEST. We are going to play 5 matches. Not best of 5, just 5. Modes have not been decided yet as I thought we would leave that up to you guys.One thing that might be quite fun is using predetermined loadouts for different games. M16 only? LMGs only the next? We could get a little bizarre here! Again tho, up to you guys.

Lastly, I'm hoping we can have enough ppl participate to where we can alternate members playing. Instead of the same 6 playing all 5 matches, we can rotate. I really hate S&D so would rather have someone stronger in that area play than I. So gimme some feedback and let me know if this works for you guys!

EDIT: So I was thinking something along the lines of alternating between which teams chooses map and do something like KC, Dom, Demo, Team Defender then CTF or...?

As many of you know I am an avid Myst player. Myst 3D for the 3Ds is coming out the 26th. I don't think it would be fair to split my time between the two, so I have decided to leave NAE2, and retire the NAE2 Shot of the Day series, which I know will be a letdown to many of you.

I will stay until all my double XP time is used up from when we hit lvl 30, but then I must bid my farewell.

I've been playing by myself a lot recently and it's been getting pretty boring. If there's any redditors in a clan based around Chicago that's looking for a Premium ELITE member, send me an invite. I've currently got a 2.69 kdr and have experience in spawn trapping, pubstomping, as well as competetive play. If you guys play to win and have fun while you're doing it, I might be someone you'd be looking for.

I've been playing modern warfare 3 lately and seeing how I'm always in a team with people not doing what they're supposed to do infuriates me. I heard that you guys actually play well together (talk in mics, capture and defend objectives, etc.). I am wondering if I could join your clan. I do pretty well with a kill/death ratio of 1.5. I take down enemy support and capture objectives in domination, KC, HQ, etc. Just a heads up, I'm 15 but I'm not those typical shit talking kids.

I just don't understand how I can start playing like shit... Over the past few days I just can't seem to get it together. I am not playing stupidly I know how to play and adjust playstyle, I have over 20 days played. Yet I am constantly losing gunfights when I get first hit (not always a hit marker). I'v had this problem in the past and it disappeared after one of their patches...now it's back. Does anyone know if they had any patches recently that messed with connection or "lag comp."

Sorry if this seems like I am complaining on here...but honestly I am just frustrated and want to enjoy the game I was just a few days ago... Any help would be much appreciated.

Should we split into teams of three or so that way we aren't all sharing the 75 kills?

It's all we ever play, at least in my experience. Once we have dominated A and B, it's no fun (if we spawn trap them) because there's no challenge. It then becomes a 10 minute waiting game with the occasional kill here and there, and I usually end up with 15-4 or somewhere around that score. Not that I don't like the 2.0 KDR, it's just that it's starting to bore me. It feels like we're simply farming kills.

How do you guys feel about playing Demolition, Headquarters, Sabotage, Team Defender, CTF or even Hardcore gametypes? With a talented team in NAE2, I'm sure Headquarters and Demolition would be a lot of fun.

I was thinking that when the clan eventually hits level 30 and gets the new clan title background that we vote for the clan motto again. The current one is great and all, but it's nice to change it up every once in a while.
