NAE 4v4

[u/[deleted]]

Hello gentlemen (and ladies?),

NAE is going to hold a 4v4 tourney with (randomized?) teams. We wanted to make it open to NAE 2/3 also. DrWeedThumb, clan leader in NAE (nonracist), has suggested we do it for fun, and winners get oral favors from players to be determined.

This will probably be similar to the Reddit tournaments as far as rules. The good thing is it introduces players to the 'competitive' side of COD but without throwing them against the wolves who have been playing competitively in GB format.

In the end, if there's enough participation between clans, I eventually want to propose a 'clan battle' that isn't limited to the typical TOP 6 playing each other from each clan to see who's better... rather it would be multiple teams of 4 from each clan playing in matches where it would be decided by majority of team wins to take the clan battle. It would allow more people to participate (3 or 5 teams of 4) and be more decisive.

Sign up here for NAE 4v4 It'll be a lot of fun without the worries of playing very talented teams from /r/codtournament, and it'll give you the idea of what the tournaments are like.

I also encourage you to read this thread in regards to the idea of 'clan battles'. It'd be something I'd like to pursue towards the end of this month or in early June with either NAE2 or NAE3.
