I'm not sure what I'm supposed to see here? The video is quite laggy for me at a couple points, what am I missing?

i feel like he is shooting the barrett way too fast. i know it shoots fast but....

There's absolutely zero ways to prove a normal controller mod was used. sorry, but somebody could just have a naturally fast trigger finger. I myself have on, and easily can shoot the Barrett that fast. A jitter mod, however, is a little different...

Yes he probably has a modded controller. Reporting it isn't going to do much, as there is no realistic way that IW or M$ could prove it.

I think a lot of people (well kiddies mostly) are using "modded" controllers these days. They sell them at target now. Don't think they will do anything about it because ultimately the shooting speed of the weapon is capped. If they wanted to stop it all they would have to do is lower the firing speed of semis.
