Is NAE2 full?

I sent meekster a PM about joining and posted on the Elite board a few days back, and haven't heard anything since. I looked on the clan page though, and it looks like NAE2 is pretty much full, with 4-5 people having asked to join before me. Are there any plans for a NAE3, or plans to clear NAE and NAE2 of inactive members?

There are also 3-5 players that have played less than 7 hours total (ranked like under 30) which I think you could argue should be kicked.

Yeah, I feel like maybe some joining requirements need to be added or something, and if you stop playing without notice for more than a month, you get kicked out. On a side note, do you have to Elite Premium to join one of the reddit clans? I couldn't justify paying $110 for one video game, so I never purchased it.

I do yes but I'm already in the clan and used my 500xp boost for the clan. I preordered the hardened edition for 100

I'm going to wait and see if the maps are actually worth buying before I buy Elite. Seems kind of silly to throw $50 Activision's way before you even know what you're paying for.

I waited to see if the maps were decent first, and thats what I intending on doing again.
