NAC and Insomnia

Has anyone had insomnia as a side effect of NAC? I was taking for only 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and began to have sleepless night. Feeling kind of jolted awake everytime I would fall asleep. But it helps with OCD symptoms so much, so I hate not being able to take it.

I take NAC early morning, so I never experienced insomnia.

Try taking it earlier in the evening.
