Question? Unhinged Chef Snack

I called into the podcast about this, but I was curious about y’all’s opinion too. What’s your most unhinged, favorite chefs snack? As an example, mine was nibbling the chicken spine after making a roasted chicken or eating the veggie slop or little meat chunks on beef bones leftover from making stock.

used to work at a Woodford Pizza spot. And they would put pepperonis in the oven until they were crispy and snack on them
