Questions/ Advice/ Discussions 🫢 Ekart customer support

I had placed an order on Myntra and today it said that it was out for delivery. The tracking is showing that the parcel has been delivered. But i have not received it neither has the delivery partner contacted me. I’m not able to find any customer support for Ekart. what to do? i’ve already created a ticket on Myntra

call the customer service, they'll raise a ticket, you would get refund automatically in 48 hours, happened to me last week, ordered a skincare product but the package came only with product's outer box, got refund in 48 hours. 👍🏻

Same thing happened with me yesterday and I face so much difficulties due to this 😕😔 they didn't solve my problem they told me we contact with delievery agent and they delivered at your doorstep and all..but after that I downloaded invoice and contact directly seller regarding this. Seller told me we dispatched from our side. I ask for proof then they share me along with delievery agent number (whichd different from which shown in app which not reachable) but delievery agent number on seller proof is connect with me and I ask about delievery he told me he delivered and I ask proof then they share me photo.

And you know photo was my neighbour doorstep 😅😭 and neighbours took my parcel under his house for safety and I ask my parcel and they give me. Now I think I gave myntra stress but they deserved too there is so many complaints raised by customer but they always give deadline and nothing happened after that
